The yoga sessions will be organized and conducted by Dr. Barbara Krampitz (www.Nalanda-Trainings.de). Morning and evening sessions will be held, adapted to individual conditions. The yoga style is described as Hatha Yoga, modified with creative and sometimes subtle spiritual and therapeutic impulses. Barbara Krampitz draws from extensive years of experience in yoga and worldwide travel.
The schedule will be coordinated with the sightseeing activities. Practicing together is possible for both men and women. Without judgment or explanation, everyone is free to take their own time.
In the early morning and evening, we will practice yoga and prepare ourselves for intercultural encounters (e.g., with Zoroastrians). At the end of the day, the yoga practice concludes with conversations or moments of silent reflection/meditation in the desert, bringing a sense of completion to the day of interactions and sightseeing.Without judgment, each individual adjusts as per their needs and remains part of the community.

Saturday, April 13, 2024Sightseeing in Tehran, National Museum, Golestan Palace, Crown Jewels Museum, stroll through the bazaar in Tehran. Dinner in Darband, nestled in the Alborz Mountains.

Sunday, April 14, 2024Drive to Kashan (245 km). Visit the Fin Garden, a historical mansion, and the Agha Bozorg Mosque.

Monday, April 15, 2024Visit the historical bazaar of Kashan and its center (Timche). Drive to the Maranjab Desert and explore the desert and salt lake. Interact with locals in the desert.

Drive towards Isfahan via Natanz (220 km). Visit the Meydane Naghshse Jahan (Image of the World) with the famous Lotfollah Mosque, Shah Mosque, and Aliqhapu Palace -

Wednesday, April 17, 2024Visit the Jame Mosque and the Armenian quarter of Jolfa with the Orthodox Cathedral. Time for shopping at the Isfahan Bazaar.
Overnight stay at Isfahan Tolu Khorshid Traditional House for two nights. -

Thursday, April 18, 2024Explore the Varzaneh Desert near Isfahan, including the Ghavkhuni Lagoon, where the Zayanderud River flows. Visit the Ghurtan Castle of the Sassanid Dynasty (429 AD) and the Varzaneh Pigeon Tower, which belongs to the Safavid Dynasty. The pigeon nests resemble honeycombs, and the architecture of this pigeon tower is of great significance.
